In 1997 graduated from the Medical Academy of Latvia, Faculty of Medicine, obtaining a doctor’s degree.
In 2000 graduated from residency at the University of Latvia Postgraduate Training Institute as a laboratory medicine specialist and obtained a doctor’s certificate.
Works as an embryologist in the field of infertility treatment since 2008.
Member of European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE).
Regularly expands her knowledge and develops skills at international conferences, seminars, practical trainings, as well as obtains information from recent literature, research and distance learning courses.
In 2019 Vineta Aukone received the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) certificate as a senior embryologist.
